At Pocket Riff, we want your order to arrive as smoothly as possible. This Shipping Policy explains where we ship, how long fulfillment usually takes, and what to expect after placing an order.

Where We Ship

Pocket Riff currently ships to customers within the United States only.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Estimated Shipping Time

After your order has been processed, estimated delivery time is typically 5–11 business days.

Delivery times may vary depending on carrier availability, destination, weather, holidays, and other factors outside of our control.

Shipping Method

Orders may be shipped through available carrier services such as USPS+ or another available shipping method selected during fulfillment.

The final carrier and shipping method may vary depending on inventory location, order destination, and fulfillment availability.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the order and delivery location.

Any applicable shipping charges will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.

Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after your order has been handed off to the carrier. In some cases, tracking may take 24–72 hours to update.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.

Pocket Riff is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible through our store contact page. We’ll do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has started processing or has shipped.

Delayed Orders

Most orders arrive within the estimated delivery window, but occasional delays can happen.

Shipping delays may be caused by:

High holiday volume

Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
Other fulfillment or transportation issues outside our control

Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please first check:

Your porch or entryway
A parcel locker
Your building’s front desk or mailroom
Neighbors or household members
The delivery address entered at checkout

If you still cannot locate the package, contact us through our store contact page so we can review the situation.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, contact us through our store contact page as soon as possible after delivery.

Please include your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can review the issue.

Multiple Packages

If you order more than one item, your products may occasionally ship separately depending on fulfillment availability.

If this happens, you may receive separate tracking information for each shipment.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Once an order has been submitted, we begin processing it as quickly as possible.

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us right away through our store contact page. We’ll do our best to help, but changes and cancellations are not guaranteed once fulfillment has started.
